SHIPPING :
How long will it take to ship my order?
All domestic orders take approximately 7-10 business days for delivery from the date of order.
How do I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you receive a shipping confirmation along with the tracking link on your Whatsapp / SMS / Email. You can also track your order on our website here - TRACK MY ORDER
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping charges vary depending upon the pin code.
Can I change the shipping address of the order?
Yes! Please email us at sac.help100@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram at the.sac.store to change the shipping address. Please note, shipping address can only be changed if the order has not yet been dispatched.
What if I am not home when the package is delivered?
Our delivery agents will attempt to deliver the package two times before it is returned to us. Please provide your complete & accurate address including zip code and mobile number to ensure a seamless and quick delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES :
What is SAC’s policy on returns and exchanges?
We follow the highest quality control standards and ensure that our products are made with the care and workmanship that our customers expect. As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
However, if you receive a damaged product, we're here to make it right. Please reach out to us via email at sac.help100@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Please note; opening video of the package is mandatory. Share the details and include images as well as videos to assist us in understanding the issue better.
To proceed with an exchange, kindly courier the unused product back to our mailing address, ensuring that it remains in its original condition. Please keep the necessary documentation in order. Our dedicated quality team will carefully review the returned item before making a decision on the exchange.
Please note that our return/exchange offer is applicable only to products purchased at full price and is not valid for items acquired during special promotions or sales. Also, items sent to us directly without raising your issue via e-mail or WhatsApp will not be accepted.

Since all our products are handmade by artisans across India, sometimes there are products with minor quality issues so in order to avoid wastage of time and efforts put in by our artisans we sell it under the yellow ticket sale at discounted prices. Products purchased under this category are not eligible for a return, refund or exchange.
Do you take bulk/wholesale orders for gifting?
Yes, we do take bulk orders for gifting. We offer customization for mehendi giveaways, bridal/trousseau hampers & corporate gifting. Upon such a query, we like to talk/meet with the client(s) to understand what they are looking for and can customize based on their budgets and requirements. Do you customize bags?
We do not customize for single piece orders and do not take custom orders online.
