All domestic orders take approximately 7-10 business days for delivery from the date of order.

What is SAC’s policy on returns and exchanges?
Order once placed , a refund/cancellation for the same can be initiated only within 12 hours from day of order.
Once your order has been processed (shipped/in transit) refund won't be granted unless your case falls under other conditions mentioned in the policy further.
We follow the highest quality control standards and ensure that our products are made with the care and workmanship that our customers expect. As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
If the product is found to be damaged, it can be exchanged - please email us details and images (if applicable) within 3 days of order receipt at support@thesacstore.in or WhatsApp us on +91 9082072414. We will need a video proof of the unboxing of the product upon arrival. You will have to courier the product back to us at our mailing address. Please ensure that the product has not been utilized and the appropriate documentation has been maintained prior to returning the product(s). The returned product will then be carefully reviewed by our quality team, and then the decision to exchange the product will be made. The return offer is only valid on products purchased at full price and not applicable on products purchased during a special promotion or sale.
Products purchased through the yellow ticket sale are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
